Biography
Dr. Aditi Singh has completed her Masters and Doctor in Philosophy degrees in Biochemistry, with specialization in Medical Biochemistry and Medical Microbiology. Her thesis work was on pathogenesis of Japanese encephalitis virus, a cause of high mortality and morbidity in third world countries. At present, she is working as Associate Professor in one of the leading private university in India. Dr. Singh has over seventeen years of research and teaching experience and has published over 30 research papers and book chapters. A patent on incubator by recyclable material has been filed under her guidance. She is guiding number of research scholars and post graduate students for their thesis work. Her current area of interest is in medical microbiology, elucidation of active compounds from natural resources, oxidative stress and oral cancer.
